Welcome to the Oasis Motel. Is there an Oasis in the desert in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico  you ask....."yah there is"  I say.  We are surrounded by hot mineral springs here in town.  Along with the hot springs you can walk on the sidewalk through  town with many quaint shops of art, southwest jewelry, thrift stores, art galleries, the best southwest Geronimo  Museum, hometown grocery store that still delivers, ice cream cones, drug store with items besides drugs....can you believe that????? Oh  yes and we will have the first ride for an individual up into space at our Spaceport. Wow... You must stop by and get the feeling.

The City of Elephant Butte has the 18 hole professional golf course which gets televised every once in a while when they are having a tournament.  Also the Elephant Butte Lake is out there which is the biggest lake in New Mexico.The best bass fishing around, snapper, biggggg catfish, drag boat races, hot air balloon festival, so you see we have it all.

 

 

 

Directions

If you are coming from Las Cruces/El Paso

Get off I-25 on exit 75 and stay on Broadway going around a curve on to Date Street. Your on Date Street and coming to a red light keep coming straight till just before the yellow flashing light and you will see our sign...turn in.  We left the light on for you.

If you are coming from Albuquerque/Santa Fe

Exit 79 come towards Truth or Consequences and that is Date Street.  After you go through the yellow flashing light go to the end of the block, flip a U-Turn and come back to us and turn in right before the yellow light.  Yes, we will have the light on.
